These Terms govern your access to and use of Cinko (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
- Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Bookings & Pricing
- Cinko aggregates real‑time hotel inventory from partners (e.g., Amadeus/OTAs). Availability and prices can change rapidly.
- Before confirmation, we display the final price including taxes/fees where provided by partners.
- Your booking is with the hotel or partner, not Cinko. Their terms (cancellation, incidentals, check‑in requirements) apply.
Payments
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By saving a card, you authorize charges for confirmed bookings and any applicable fees.
- We may pre‑authorize your card to validate payment.
Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity. No scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access.
- Do not misrepresent identities or attempt to circumvent limits or fees.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, branding, and content, is owned by Cinko and its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non‑transferable license to use the app for personal, non‑commercial purposes.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation or the accuracy of third‑party listings.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cinko and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cinko against claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms or to protect users or partners.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of your U.S. state of residence, without regard to conflict of laws. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis; class actions are waived. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days by emailing support@cinko-hotels.com.
Changes
We may update these Terms; the new date will be posted, and material changes will be notified in‑app or by email.
